Peter   Nice pastry, thin and quite crispy. Big gaps between pastry and meat. Tasty meat.

Mark   Soft pasty. Huge void at top of pie. Nice tasty jelly. Coarsely ground meat. Lots of pepper and after burn. Too salty.

Phil   Nice looking pie./ Lots of jelly. Needed more salt and pepper.

John   Compact pie, uniform in appearance. Golden tan to pastry but lacked salt. Not a lot of flavour. Lacked pepper.

Mark   Pale, uneven and ugly. Crunchy pastry, tasty jelly and meat. Bags of pepper and afterburn.

Kev   Needed more time in the oven. Crunchy pastry, fresh, well filled. Lovely pie.

Mark   Uneven ugly looking pie, very fresh and considering the weather husbandry excellent, loads of pepper and afterburn.Well filled pie. Enjoyed it.
