Pies Phil Nice looking pie./ Lots of jelly. Needed more salt and pepper. Score 8.5/10 John Compact pie, uniform in appearance. Golden tan to pastry but lacked salt. Not a lot of flavour. Lacked pepper. Score 7.0/10 Mark Pale, uneven and ugly. Crunchy pastry, tasty jelly and meat. Bags of pepper and afterburn. Score 9.0/10 Kev Needed more time in the oven.
