Peter   Well filled, the pastry is a bit fatty, excellent pie but a little more pepper would have been good.

John   Well filled, fresh  crunchy pastry, lardy pastry, compact meat. More spice needed.

Bruce   Fresh with crispy crunchy pastry. Well filled course compacted meat. Needed more seasoning. Moist meat.

Mark   Very fresh pie,  crispy tasty pastry, not much jelly. Luncheon meat texture. No pepper.

Fred   Looked like a bakers pie. Fabulous pastry. Coarse tasty meat.

Peter   Pastry sublime, crunchy thin and fresh. Meat was coarse, porky and well seasoned. Just the right amount of jelly.

Phil   Classic pie, fresh,crisp pastry, tasty coarse meat.

John   Golden brown, well filled,lovely pastry, coarse porky meat.

Score   9.0/10

Bruce   Ultra fresh, crunchy pastry, flavoursome castelations, sliver of tasty jelly, coarse tasty jelly, coarse tasty meat. Nicely spiced with a good afterburn.

Graham   Poor pie, pastry was dry, well filled but short of seasoning and no seasoning. Hard going.

Mark   Hard pastry, greasy,bit of jelly but not room for much, coarse meat, lots of afterburn.

Peter   Big and rustic looking. very hard and greasy pastry. Compact and cold meat. Lack of seasoning. Certianly big.

Joe   Very hard, no pepper at all, no jelly, poor meat, no taste.

Kevin   Rustic hand raised pie, greasy feel, crunchy pastry, well filled, needed more spice, quality meat.
