Kevin – Not fresh, old pastry, bland, chewy meat, no jelly  6.5

 

Bob – Not fresh, sharp pastry, lack of jelly, tasty and a little bit of after burn.  7

 

Richard – Not fresh, soft pastry. Solid meat, peppery, enjoyed it  7.5

 

Peter – Looked nice, crisp pastry, greasy bottom, no jelly, could have had more pepper.                                                                    8

 

Mark -  Looked good, nice looker, nice meat, not a lot of jelly, mouth burned with pepper.                                                        8

 

Phil – Not good looking, enjoyed the pastry,                  6

 

John (fetcher)  Rough looking pie, not fresh, sweet taste to the pastry, compact meat, no jelly, afterburn with it.                        7

Lesley Molsead’s killer jailed for life. Lesley died in 1974 and Steven Kisko served 16 years for the crime.

 

Peter Tobin in jail for murder implicated in more murders from years ago. Tow bodies found in a house he lived in.

Mark – Sticky top pie. Crispy,loads of jelly. Tasty,lots of afterburn. Bit soggy on the sides                                                            7.5

 

Bob – Lovely jelly,fantastic meat,really liked it   8

 

Peter – Sticky top, lovely crisp and nutty pastry. Porky, lots of jelly and lots of pepper.   9

 

Phil – Sticky and soft all over. Well packed meat. Little aroma of pork. Not todays!                                                   6.5

 

Guest Lee -Filo pastry - Best in a long time.   7

 

Guest Steven -  Salty and full.   7

 

 

John – Sticky top. Not uniform look. Well glazed. Flakey pastry, Salt in jelly and peppery. Smelt porky.      8

Phil – Good looking pie,nice smell,well filled and tasty.May have been yesterday’s 7.5

 

John – Wide pie. Dark pastry, fresh,semi crisp,well filled,porky, compact meat,moist,not much jelly. Damned good pie.  8

 

Kevin – Pie made to last with short pastry. Crisp pastry but soft on the inside. Lacked spice, probably an Andrew Jones pie 7.5

 

Mark – Squat pie ,tasty meat,no jelly,fresh.No spice that that spoilt it. 8

 

Richard – Nice meat,fresh,a bit fatty,no jelly and salty.   7.5

 

Bruce – Thick short pastry,greasy,lacked jelly and spice. Fresh. 7

 

Peter – Fresh, greasy pastry did lack spice but still a good pie and I fetched it so 8
