Peter   Crispy pastry, well filled, tasty meat. Deja Vue - last week. Must be Simon Hagues of Bolster Moor.

Phil   Ultra fresh, nice jelly, litle more spice needed perhap. Great pie.

John   Good looker, big dome, course flavoursome meat. Crispy pastry, slightly sweet pastry. Brilliant pie.

Score   10/10

Kevin   Fresh, thin crispy pastry. Succulent tasty meat. Slight sage taste.

Score   9.0/10

Richard   Lovely meat, peppery course fresh nice jelly. Pastry too short.

Score   8.5/10

Bruce   Smart looking pie, fresh crunchy pastry. Succulent, course, spicy meat.

Score   9.0/10

Mark   Fresh crispy pastry, Lovely jelly, meat was course chewy that melted like butter. Nice amount of spice and pepper.

John   Rustic looking pie, well filled, luncheon meat inside, good flavour fresh, plenty of pepper. Not much jelly but hot taste.

Nelly Guest from Le Man France Fresh, not much jelly, hom made, tasty.

Jim   Pastry excellent, very fresh, right thickness, pastry blended with the pork. Not a lot of jelly, no fat.

Peter   Jim said it all, peppery pork .Pastry a little thick.

Mark   Big heavy pie, crispy pastry, fresh, full  and well constructed. Salty.

Phil   Fresh, good looker, full of meat, good flavour, jelly on the top of the meat. Never had before.

Huddersfield beat Bournemouth on penalties to make league play off final Peterborough.

Wimbledon moved to Milton Keyes and the remainder are now going into the Football league.

Pies

Howard (guest)   Too dry for me. Did not enjoy it. Not at lot of taste.

Mark   Sticky pastry but nice taste and thin. Meat needed more spice. Not a lot of jelly.

Fred   Gooey pastry, enjoyed the pie. Succulent meat.

Score   8.0/10

Bruce   Soft, thin pastry with a soggy bottom. Meat was compact and interlaced with jelly. Meat was tasty but let down with the plastic lined paper making them sweat and were cold.

Peter   Good looker, thin crispy pastry. Succulent tasty meat. More pepper would have been good. Enjoyed it.

Score   8.0/10

Phil   Proper looking pie. Well filled with meat. Nice bit of jelly.

Score   8.0/10

John   Robust pie, stuck to teeth. Lacked jelly which may have soaked into pastry.
