World Events

Original members return for reunion. The legendry Peter Prest, John Denney, Bob Ambler and John Edwards are all present.

Northern Rock stolen from Kevin and Peter (major shareholders)

Bruce Forscyth  is 80 years old.

Stealth Bomber crashes.

Fidel Castro retires as President of Cuba.


British clubs do well in European Champion league.

Gazza sectioned under Mental Health Act


John Denny – OK pie,  thick pastry. Unusual shape. Greasy bottom 7

Kev. – Lovely looking pie. Well glazed. Pastry sweet taste but thick. Course meat. Not fresh. Liked it.                          9

Bob – Bonny pie. Only second time I have seen this shape. Liked the Sweet pastry. Lack of jelly but tasty.                   8.5

Peter – Handsome pie like a well folded Knapkin Thick pastry. Overpowering taste of sage. Lean meat.  8

Pete Prest – Thick pastry. Lack fo jelly. Not keen on sage and onion flavour  6

John Edwards – Shocker, no taste, hard work ,stuck to paper in box. A real ale killer !         3

Colin Barber – Lardy,didn’t like the crust., nice meat and sage  7

Phil – Fresh, but butcher did put them in a plastic bag

Needed more moisture in the meat. Liked the sage . 8
